Ingredients -

Beef Bulgogi -

1kg (2.2lbs) - Lean Beef Mince (Ground Beef)
1 Tbsp (20ml) - Vegetable Oil or Peanut Oil
1 tsp (5ml) - Sesame Oil
1/3 Cup (80ml) - Low Sodium Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp ( ) - Gochujang (Korean Spice Paste)
1 1/2 Tbsp ( ) - Brown Sugar
1 - Shallot, Chopped
3 - Garlic Cloves, Chopped
20g (0.7oz) - Ginger, Chopped
1 tsp (2g) - Dried Chilli Flakes
Seasoning To Taste

Stir-fried Broccoli & Spring Onions (Scallions) -

1 Tbsp (20ml) - Vegetable or Peanut Oil
2 - Heads Broccoli, Trimmed
8 - Spring Onions (Scallions), Chopped
1 tsp (5ml) - Sesame Oil
Seasoning To Taste

Jasmine Rice -

300g (10.5oz) - Jasmine Rice, Washed
500g (500ml) - Cold Water
Salt To Taste
Aromatics (Optional)
