Ingredients:

• 4 chicken thighs
• Salt
• Ground white pepper
• Soy sauce
• Dark soy sauce
• Green onion
• 3 garlic cloves
• 1 chili pepper
• 1 onion
• Bok Choy
• 1 cup bean sprouts
• 4 eggs
• 350 g chow mein noodles
• Oil for frying

Sauce:

• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
• 1 tbsp oyster sauce
• 1 tsp ground white pepper
• 1 tsp cumin

Instructions:

1. 🍗 Prepare the Chicken:
• Thinly slice 4 chicken thighs.
• Marinate with a pinch of salt, ground white pepper, 2 tbsp soy sauce, and 1 tbsp dark soy sauce. Let it marinate for 20 minutes.
2. 🥬 Prepare the Vegetables:
• Chop the green onion, mince the garlic, and chop the chili pepper.
• Chop the onion and bok choy.
3. 🥣 Make the Sauce:
• Mix together 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp dark soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp ground white pepper, and 1 tsp cumin.
4. 🥚 Prepare the Eggs:
• Crack 4 eggs into a bowl.
5. 🍳 Cook the Eggs:
• Heat oil in a wok on high heat, then fry the eggs. Remove and set aside.
6. 🍗 Cook the Chicken:
• Add more oil to the wok, then add the marinated chicken. Stir fry for 3 minutes.
• Add the green onion, minced garlic, and chili pepper. Stir well.
7. 🥦 Add the Vegetables:
• Add the bok choy, bean sprouts, and onion (or any other veggies of your choice). Stir fry on high heat for 2 minutes.
• Add back the eggs, then stir fry for another minute.
8. 🍜 Add Noodles and Sauce:
• Add 350 g chow mein noodles.
• Pour in the prepared sauce. Mix everything together thoroughly.
9. 🥢Serve and Enjoy!
