How to Fix WOBBLY Stabilizer / Gimbal (ZHIYUN Smooth Q3)

I ran in to an issue with my ZHIYUN Smooth Q3 stabilizer / gimbal which was doing jerky and wobbly movements when using for slow pans. I demonstrate the issue and how to fix it. ZHIYUN was fantastic in helping solve the issue.
