PM Narendra Modi's Message To Youth For A Corrupt-Free India Post Demonetisation

Prime Minister Narendra Modi saluted the Indian people for their participation in the ‘yajna’ against corruption, terrorism and black money following government's demonetisation decision. He further said that demonetisation does bring a certain degree of inconvenience, though the short term pain would pave way for long term gains, adding that the progress and prosperity of rural India would no longer be plagued by corruption and black money. Speaking further about the demonetisation drive and its impact on the path of a cashless economy, he said that Indian had a historic opportunity to embrace the increased cashless payments and integrate the latest technology in the economic transactions. He directly spoke to the youth of the nation and said that they were the agents of change who would make India corruption free and ensure more cashless transactions.
