How to Move STEAM Games to Another Drive or Storage within same PC -Video
Please Note: If you are moving games from main steam app installed folder(the folder where steam original app is installed) then this method doesn't work. This will work when you move the steam library (aside from the main) from one computer to another. (COPY-PASTE) - Then use steam app in the other computer to discover that steam library. MAKE sure there is no steam library in that specific storage(Local Disk) beforehand in the new computer.
