East Africa's fourth stock exchange was launched in Kigali, Rwanda yesterday and the country's biggest brewer, Bralirwa, made its debut on the RSE. ABN's Ken Karuri attended the launch and spoke with the Executive Director of Capital Markets Advisory Council about plans to develop the country's capital markets.
