Automating Door Codes w/ AirTable, Zapier, OpenPhone & Seam - Part 2

✅ Automatically Set Door Codes for Guests & Bring info back into AirTable so it can be used in the Check-In Text Message
✅ Automatically message your team as soon as a Guest uses their Door Code the 1st Time (aka Guest has checked in)
✅ Automatically text the guest 35 minutes after check-in (seems like personal text but is automated) to uncover any issues upon arrival
✅ Automatically delete a door code 15 minutes after a cancellation that occurs from a group that has already checked-in
✅ Automatically message your team when the cleaners use their door code the first time after a guest checks out (aka Cleaning has started)
✅ Automatically alert you if a certain door lock has a low battery & include a reminder to your cleaning team in their reminder texts until batteries have been replaced

I haven't started messing with Thermostat integrations yet but that will be the next step.......lots of potential here as well.

Seam is FREE for the 1st 10 devices.....still waiting to see the cost after that.

Annoying Thing to Solve: Facebook Group Member David D. Facebook: nocodestr  posted that he was looking for a way to automate setting door codes without paying a PMS, Remote Lock etc.

We are off to a good start but let me know if you have used Seam before so we can all find out if it is a good solution going forward (it is what Hospitable uses) to set door codes so I'm sure going direct will still save a good amount of money.
