Cookies with cottage cheese (800 gr)

200 gr. butter
50 gr sugar
8 gr. vanilla sugar
200 gr. cottage cheese
a pinch of salt
1 tsp baking powder
250 gr premium wheat flour

+ sugar and powdered sugar for sprinkling
+ cherries for bagels (or other filling)

Bake cookies at 374 F - 15 ... 20 minutes. Baking time and temperature depend on the characteristics of the oven.
