How to export tasks from OneNote to To-Do

I got sent a tip about a simple solution to a difficult problem! Here's how it is: if you write meeting notes in OneNote and have your to-do list in Microsoft To-Do, it is a shame that the next steps from the meeting don't end up as tasks on your to-do list automatically.
