Incessant rains has triggered flash
Incessant rains has triggered flash floods in strife torn Manipur bringing the north eastern state to its knees. At least three persons have died and lakhs of people were also affected by the floods Manipur. The state government had declared holiday for all government offices and schools in view of the worsening situation. Several rivers across Manipur including Imphal and Iril overflowed due to heavy rains inundating hundreds of homes.
