Eat this salad every day for dinner and forget about blood sugar and excess weight!
Recipe 1.

1. Peel the cucumber.
2. Add salt and let it rest for a few minutes so that the cucumbers release their juice.
3. 200 grams of beef, deveined and finely chopped.
4. Salt the meat and add water.
5. Rinse the meat to remove any blood.
7. Add 1/4 teaspoon baking powder, soy sauce and black pepper.
8. Add 1 tablespoon of brown rice flour (integral rice).
9. Drizzle olive oil over the meat.
10. Fry the meat, stirring constantly, for no longer than 1 minute.
11. Remove the meat from the pan and place it on a plate.
12. Chop the ginger and fry lightly.
13. Chop red and green peppers and fry lightly.
14. Add meat to vegetables, stir and remove from heat.
15. Let the meat cool down.
16. Drain the juice from the cucumbers.
17. Chop the onion and add it to the cucumbers.
18. Now add the cooled meat to the cucumbers.
19. Prepare the sauce: 2 cloves of garlic.
20. Apple cider vinegar, agave syrup and 1 teaspoon mustard.
21. Mix everything well.
22. Take care of yourself and stay healthy!

Recipe 2.

Garlic 3 cloves.
Fry vegetables for 1 minute.
Onion 1 piece.
Carrot.
Cabbage 300 grams.
Salt, sumac spice.
1 cup millet (150 grams).
2 glasses of water. (300 ml).
Cook for about 10-15 minutes until the water has completely evaporated.
Fry 5 eggs.
