*Ingredients:*
- Eggs: 4 to 5
- Pepper: 1 tsp
- Salt: 1/4 tsp
- Besan Flour: 1 tsp
- Oil: 1 tsp
- Crushed Fennel Seeds: 1-2 tsp
- Curry Leaves: as needed
- Dry Chilli: 1 piece
- Onion: 1 medium size
- Ginger Garlic Paste: 1-2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder: 1/4 tsp
- Pepper Powder: 1-2 tsp
- Salt: 1/4 tsp
- Garam Masala: 1 pinch
- Cumin Seeds: 1-2 tsp
- Coriander Leaves: for garnish

*Instructions:*
1. Boil the eggs and set them aside.
2. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, dry chili, and curry leaves.
3. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
4. Mix in ginger garlic paste and cook for a few minutes.
5. Add turmeric powder, pepper powder, garam masala, and crushed fennel seeds. Stir well.
6. Gently incorporate the boiled eggs into the mixture, ensuring they are well-coated with the spices.
7. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
