The BananaPi might look like a RaspberryPi, but it certainly isn't. It's the maker's newest tool: the Banana Pi.
Get a Banana Pi: http://amzn.to/1vYlb8x
To install Raspbian on a card (X=your disk number):
diskutil list
diskutil unmountDisk /dev/diskX
sudo dd bs=1m if=~/Desktop/bananapi/raspbanana.img of=/dev/rdiskX
sudo diskutil eject /dev/rdiskX
To copy Raspbian card to HDD:
diskutil list
diskutil unmountDisk /dev/diskX
sudo dd bs=1m if=/dev/rdiskX of=~/Desktop/bananapi_preconfig_2014.img
sudo diskutil eject /dev/rdiskX
