Ingredients:
(Serves 2)
- 250 gms Chicken Breast(boneless)
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1/4 tsp Cumin Seed Powder
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Processed Cheese(grated)
- Oil
Ingredients for Coating:
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- Black pepper Powder
- Salt
- Bread Crumbs
- 2 Eggs(whisked)
Method:
1. Take chicken pieces and grind it in a grinder
2. Take it out in a bowl and add black pepper powder, cumin seed powder, garlic powder, red chilli powder, salt
3. Mix it all together and add grated processed cheese to the bowl
4. Take small portions of chicken and give them all a finger shape
5. Now, take all purpose flour and bread crumbs
6. Add some salt and black pepper Powder to the bread crumbs and mix it
7. Now, take the finger shaped chicken pieces and first add it too the all purpose flour & whisked eggs, and then add it to the bread crumbs
8. Do the same with rest of the chicken pieces and keep it in refigerator for an hour
9. Now, in hot oil add these finger shaped chicken pieces; fry it on all the sides till they turn golden brown in color
10. Once fried, take it out in a plate and palce it over a paper towel, to drain out all the excess oil
