BOULEVARD LEFT TURN FROM STOP SIGN

Signal left 30 meters or 2 blocks away. Come to a complete stop. Check pedestrians and when safe move a little forward to check traffic from left. If it is safe, check any car coming from right side is making a left or u-turn. When it is safe and no one has occupied, go and establish just right side of left curb with your car angled 45 degree facing towards left. When there is no straight going car, complete your turn to the first lane after boulevard. If the traffic to the left is empty, you don't need to establish in the middle.
