Erase all kinds of Superstition and irrational stuff from your minds. That's what the Supreme Jagadguru Krishna said in Shloka 18:66 of the Srimad Bhagavad Gita.
Studying Vedanta will surely help clear the mind of fallacies and other ridiculous ideas in the name of 'religion', 'bhakti', 'belief', 'aastha', and what not. There is nothing in Vedanta that cannot be explained rationally, substantiated, proven, or something that must be blindly believed.
May the masses wake up from their slumber of IGNORANCE.
