Vinegar 2-3 tbsp ( no Presice measurement )
Sugar 500gm or 2 1/4 cups + 1 tbsp
Water 800ml or 3 1/3 cups
Cardamom 2
Milk 2 tsp
Chilled water if required
Kesari to garnish or to add natural flavour
