In this video tutorial, I'll be explaining how to bypass Factory Reset Protection or FRP on

0:00:16.770,0:00:22.539
a Mediatek Android device using NCK Pro box. First off you need to have the hardware box, I

0:00:22.539,0:00:28.180
have mine, set up, and you need to have installed NckBox AndroidMTK. Then you

0:00:28.180,0:00:31.269
need to have installed your Mediatek USB VCOM drivers. We have a guide and video

0:00:31.269,0:00:35.170
on how to do that, check out our website, and of course you need to have the device which is

0:00:35.170,0:00:41.530
having FRP. Now, FRP happens when you
have linked your device with a Google account, that's

0:00:41.530,0:00:46.120
under Settings - Account, and then you do a factory reset without first removing that

0:00:46.120,0:00:51.070
account okay? That means your device is already linked to the Google account and then you do a factory reset.

0:00:51.070,0:00:56.379
Now, when this happens, upon setup, the
device is going to ask you to enter

0:00:56.380,0:01:00.549
the credentials of the Google account which was linked to the device before the factory reset or

0:01:00.549,0:01:05.020
you might just get a screen asking you to
connect to a Wi-Fi network

0:01:05.020,0:01:09.759
or mobile network okay? so that is the FRP screen alright? So this guide is going to show you how

0:01:09.759,0:01:14.740
to bypass that screen if somehow you are an engineer working on somebody else's device

0:01:14.740,0:01:19.329
or you've forgotten your own credentials okay? So this guide will show you how to do that using

0:01:19.329,0:01:23.200
NCK Pro box. Now, once you have all
these in place

0:01:23.200,0:01:31.600
the next thing you want to do is to launch the NCK box Android MTK module and then you wait for the

0:01:31.600,0:01:40.000
module to come up all right? It could take a little while to come up. So while this is coming up, what you want to do is to power off

0:01:40.000,0:01:45.880
the device still with... leave the battery in. OK, so my device with FRP is switched off right now

0:01:45.880,0:01:49.700
still with the battery in but its not connected to the PC yet, okay?

0:01:49.700,0:01:56.479
Now, I'll just drag this right here. So this is the NCK box AndroidMTK dashboard

0:01:56.479,0:02:02.420
Now, the next thing you want to do is to come under the FRP-Pattern-Privacy alright? so under phone

0:02:02.420,0:02:10.069
setting, you want to select by CPU so you
leave it as it is. Now, under this

0:02:10.069,0:02:14.150
you select your device's chipset okay? We have a guide on how to determine your device's

0:02:14.150,0:02:18.319
chipset so you can check out our forum
for that guide just in case you don't know

0:02:18.319,0:02:24.140
the device's chipset or you just Google the device's specs. Mine is

0:02:24.140,0:02:28.010
6580 so I'm going to select
that. Now for some devices, you might

0:02:28.010,0:02:35.780
require a custom loader okay? That is a
secure boot Download Agent or DA file

0:02:35.780,0:02:39.079
so for that you just want to click
custom loader, you select the custom loader

0:02:39.079,0:02:44.359
and then you're good to go but for this device, I do not need a custom loader so I will not be doing this.

0:02:44.359,0:02:52.430
Now, with all these set, the next thing you want to do is to click on reset FRP and then

0:02:52.430,0:02:57.799
you select Yes. So at this point you want to (still) with the phone switched off, don't

0:02:57.799,0:03:04.609
hold any button, the battery inserted and
then you connect it to the PC via / you connect it to the box

0:03:04.609,0:03:07.900
via the USB cord

0:03:09.310,0:03:17.360
Alright, all done. You can now disconnect the device, power it up and then it should be able to boot

0:03:17.360,0:03:23.720
up normally. That's how to bypass
FRP or Factory Reset Protection on a Mediatek Android

0:03:23.720,0:03:29.230
device using NCK Pro box AndroidMTK module.
