Butter Naan We Always Use to Prefer When We Go to Restaurents . But Believe me its Very Easy to Make Better than Restaurents .
Ingredients :
All Purpose Flour -2.5 Cups
Baking Powder - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt to Taste
Vegetable Refined Oil - 1 tbsp
Fresh Curd - 1/2 Cup
Water - 3/4 Cup to Knead
Kalonji/Mangrail - 1tbsp
Butter to Apply on Naan
In a Mixing Bowl Add All Purpose Flour(Maida) ,Baking Powder,Sugar and Salt . Mix Well . Add Curd and Oil . Mix Well . Gradually Add Water and Make a Soft Dough . Cover and Leave it for 1/2 an Hour .
After 1/2 an Hour Lightly Knead Again.
Take a Large Ball Size Portion from the Dough . Smoothen it , Coat With Dry Flour and Roll Like a Naan . Sprinkle Some Kalonji Over it and Roll Again to Fix the Kalonji Over it . Apply Water on Opposite Side of the Naan . Put it on Medium Hot Tawa  and Cover for 2-3 Minutes . Turn Over & Cover Again for 2 Minutes . Check Whether it is Roasted Well from Both Sides and Take Out . Apply Spme Butter on the Top , Cut in Halves and Serve Hot .
