Instant Green Chilli Pickle | Hari Mirch Ka Achar | Recipes by MasalaWali

Instant green chilly pickle is a quick pickle recipe, can be served with your meals and increase the sensitivity of your taste buds which is a North Indian style pickle recipe. Use less hot or medium-hot green chillies to make the pickle depends on what is available. I have used an Indian variety of green chillies which were medium hot. Once the achar is made it's less hot. Moreover, homemade pickles taste way better as we walk extra miles to ensure that the best ingredients are used and the process remains hygienic. Refrigerate the pickles and eat it for 6 months.

Ingredients-
Green chili
Mustard Oil
Vinegar
Fennel seeds
Black Mustard seeds
Salt
Fenugreek seeds
Cumin seeds -
Turmeric powder
Asafoetida
