Documentary series which goes behind the scenes and on the roads with the characters who work on the M25, one of the most famous and busiest motorways in Britain. There are more trucks on our roads than ever before, and the numbers are only increasing. One in ten accidents on the M25 involve a lorry, and with 11 billion pounds of freight travelling by road every year, keeping the M25 moving is essential to the UK's economy. Traffic officers Ray and Brian are called to a truck and car collision while fellow officers Simon and Team Manager Kevin find some illegally parked truck drivers on the side of the motorway. Over in Dartford, traffic officers Dan and Dawn are heading for lunch when they come across a pedestrian on a hard shoulder who turns out to be an illegal immigrant who has been abandoned by a truck on the side of the motorway. Meanwhile, the DVSA are running an operation to catch dodgy trucks and truck drivers near Heathrow.
