The HRIS analyst's role is more technical than the typical HR role. Recruiters ask analytical questions to assess systematic and logical reasoning skills. Besides analytical, expect strategic questions as well. The most common question categories in an HRIS analyst interview include technical questions to test your technical HR skills, HR-related questions to test your basic HR knowledge, and behavioral questions to test how you act in certain situations.
