12/19/2023  UPDATE:  I WAS FOUND NOT GUILTY ON APPEAL.  FILED PRO SE.  ARGUED PRO SE. WON PRO SE.  

SENIOR JUDGE RICHARD E MCCORMICK JR FOUND THAT THE STATE DID NOT PROVE BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT THEIR CASE AND THE CONVICTION WAS OVERTURNED.

NOT GUILTY ON ALL 5 COUNTS...!

UPDATE:  I was charged with 5 traffic citations.  Trooper is Stephen Rowe.  I will keep anyone following posted with the outcome of any and all legal proceedings due to this incident.  Stay tuned, subscribe for more content.

Eastbound and down, loaded up and truckin. I was just trying to get home from The Dave Matthews Band concert at Star Lake Amphitheatre on June 23, 2023 when armed agents of the state accosted me, grabbed my arm, violated my 4th amendment right to be free of all seizures and basically royally screwed up.  I intend to file a lawsuit as soon as I raise enough funds or find an attorney.  Any help would be appreciated.  #FTP #ACAB #PSP #CIVILRIGHTS #4thamendment #DUIcheckpoint #AUDITTHEAUDIT #LACKLUSTER
