The most easy flan in the world: no eggs, no oven, no microwave and no pot. Delicious and very creamy. The flan that will help you take advantage of the more ripe fruit.
In Spain this fruit is the Canarian banana, Cavendish variety, but in other countries it is found as "banana" , "guineo" or "cambur". Although these are different varieties, the fruits are similar and you can use any of them to prepare this recipe.
Ingredients for 8 people:
400 ml of cooking cream (milk cream or half cream)
400 ml of milk
4 small or 3 large bananas
200 g of condensed milk
12 g of powdered gelatin or 12 gelatin sheets
1 lemon juice or juice
For the candy:
80 g of sugar
3 tablespoons of water
