This futon is great for sleeping. I was able to use this as a place to sleep in a small apartment until my bed arrived. In fact, two people can sleep on this fold down futon quite easily. I'm over 6 feet tall and I fit comfortably on this futon. Check out its fold down table, cupholders, and easy-to-clean material. It was also easy to assemble for one person and is the best futon I could find for what I needed.
