Experience of Hospital at Home - Stephen's story

Stephen Green shares his experience of the new Hospital at Home service from Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP), that supports and improves patients’ health and wellbeing while keeping them in their own homes for longer.

By providing people with hospital-level treatments at home, this service reduces unwanted hospital admission and the anxiety this can bring for people. This personalised approach to patient care is a great example of Realistic Medicine in practice.
