1/4 tsp salt
50 g caster sugar
4 egg yolks
60 g milk
55 g canola oil
1 tbsp instant coffee
1 tsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp hot water
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 egg whites
70 g caster sugar
1/2 tsp vinegar

Whipped Cream
1 tbsp coffee
1 tbsp hot water
200 g milk
2 egg yolks
100 g granulated sugar
15 g corn starch
a pinch of salt
8 g unsalted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
200 g whipping cream
******
Tray size 11 x 15 inch
******
How to bake
- Bake preheated oven at the 170 C for 12-15 minutes

แป้งข้าวโพด 15 กรัม
เกลือเล็กน้อย
เนยสดจืด 8 กรัม
กลิ่นวานิลลา 1 ช้อนชา
วิปปิ้งครีม 200 กรัม

ถาดอบขนาด 11 x 15 นิ้ว
วิธีการอบ
- อบไฟบน-ล่าง 170 องศา ประมาณ 12-15 นาที หรือกระทั่งสุก
