Tochi: Hong Kong French Toast with Mochi | Night Market Neighbours

The annual Richmond Night Market is the largest night market in North America, attracting more than 1 million local and international visitors each year.

In this episode of Night Market Neighbours, we meet Toby and Jeffrey, the 21-year old founders of food stand Tochi. These friends have revolutionized the Hong Kong french toast experience by adding mochi inside. For six months they experimented with ingredients and recipes until they finally created the ultimate french toast.
