I am sharing my first trimester diet *** I am not doctor , so I am sharing what I have been eating and what my doctor advised me

Breakfast options:
Omelette
Veg Sandwich
Poha
Upma
Dosa
Idli
Boiled egg with milk
Sprout chilla(moong daal)
Oats
Oats chilla
Paratha with less oil


Lunch options:

Roti+ daal+ sabzi+ curd+salad (one big plate)+ lassi or chaas(after half n hour with jeera)

Evening Snacks option:
Fresh Juice
Makhana
Fresh fruit


Dinner:
Roti, sabzi, rice
Chicken soup
Seviyan Upma
Upma
Dosa
Sabudana khichdi
Daal soup



Drink plenty of water around 2-3 litres throughout the day.
Have a cup of milk before sleep.
Add fruits to your diet.
