Los pasatiempos en español. This video covers how to talk about common hobbies in Spanish. We included pictures for some common Spanish hobbies we talk about every day in our free time (tiempo libre). You will see several examples of questions and sentences related to Spanish hobbies or leisure activities people do when they have time. Here are some of the Spanish leisure activities included in the video:
1. Ver videos/películas (watch movies in Spanish)
2. Jugar videojuegos (play videogames in Spanish)
3. Practicar deportes (play sports in Spanish)
4. Escuchar música (listening to music in Spanish)
5. Tocar piano/guitarra/violín... (play music instruments in Spanish)
6. Bailar (asking if someone likes dancing in Spanish)
7. Cantar (saying if you like singing in Spanish)
8. Dibujar y pintar (saying someone likes drawing and painting in Spanish)
9. Leer (saying you like reading in your free time in Spanish)
10. Tomar y editar fotos (taking and editing pictures in Spanish)
11. Usar la computadora (using the computer in Spanish)
12. Visitar/ir a lugares (going to places in Spanish)
You will learn to ask people about their favorite hobbies in Spanish and say what your favorite Spanish hobbies are too, how to ask if someone likes an activity in Spanish, saying you like an activity in Spanish, saying you dislike an activity in Spanish, using Spanish prepositional pronouns before the verb GUSTAR (to like in Spanish), ask what people like to do in their free or spare time in Spanish and finally how to use Spanish frequency adverbs like "usualmente, siempre..." and so on. At the end of the video you will hear a girl talking about her favorite hobbies in Spanish based on the examples presented in the video.
