Local Olympic medalist honored by parade in hometown

LAWRENCEBURG, Ind. (WKRC) -- Local
LAWRENCEBURG, Ind. (WKRC) -- Local Olympic medalist, Nick Goepper, was honored in a parade in his hometown.
Lawrenceburg hosted the parade for Goepper along with Perfect North Slopes where he grew up skiing. The parade began at 10:30 Saturday morning starting at the Dearborn County Courthouse. It ended at Lawrenceburg High School where a short program followed where Goepper was honored by local officials and other supporters.
Goepper won a bronze medal at the Sochi Olympics in the new event ski slopestyle.
