How to fix projector flicker and image problems. Home theater

home cinema, dolby atmos, dts x,  I was able to fix my projector flicker problem by simply changing the hz in my Oppo uhh player from 60hz to 50hz.
Originally I changed power cables, power outlets, hdmi cables and power conditioners. Which all helped, some better than others but none of those were an actual solution until I changed the settings in my player.
If your player doesn’t have a setting an option to change the hz then you may need to adjust it in the projector itself.
