When it’s cold and rainy
When it’s cold and rainy I eat a lot of noodle soup [cue Joey from friends “mm soup”]. Mom and I went to the Hong Kong Market to buy all of the ingredients to make her wonton noodle soup recipe!
Wonton:
Wonton skin
Ground pork
Mushrooms
Shrimp
Oyster sauce
Soy sauce
White pepper
Salt
Chinese cooking wine
Soup:
Chicken base
Soy Beans
Dried Anchovies
Additional:
Egg noodle
Bokchoy

Ugh and yes I realize i spelled Wonton wrong like it's a promiscuous woman rather than a dumpling.
