Kodak E2 slide projector repair

A common issue with Kodak Ektagraphic (E2) projectors is that the arm that lowers the slide into position for projecting does so too slowly, or never reaches the bottom. This happens because the oils in the machine have dried out.  Because of it, the slide doesn't project correctly, or at all. Here is a fix.
