About LANDSEASKY:
LANDSEASKY is focused on inspiring people to get outdoors and enjoy activities in nature. Not everyone is so lucky to live somewhere with easy access to beautiful nature and outdoor pursuits, although in recent years more and more are learning its importance for our physical and mental wellbeing. It has also become clear that many have a desire to become active and enjoy their natural environment, but don't know how to put it into action. Whether it is mountain biking, paddleboarding, or just going for a solo hike outdoors without taking a smartphone for navigation; so many of us just don't see how simple it can be to enjoy their free time to the fullest in the great outdoors. That's the reason behind this project - To give insight to those that don't yet have it and to inspire all to go out enjoy what is right there for them on their doorsteps. Maybe you are stuck at home and just want to experience some beautiful nature in 4k video form along with relaxing natural sounds, or maybe you are looking for inspiration for your next adventure. Whatever your situation, we hope that our content resonates with you and that you take something positive from our videos.

Currently based in South Devon, we aim to publish a range of content in different formats for your viewing pleasure from our local environment. From 4k walking tours of our beautiful local towns and villages, to driving tours through our scenic countryside and visits to showcase some of the areas wildlife.

Its early days for the project, but there is a lot planned for the coming weeks and beyond! Likes, shares, comments are all greatly appreciated while we continue to work to grow the channel and bring a positive impact to peoples lives.

About this video:
We start from near our home in Harbertonford in South Devon at about 7:45am and journey through the backlanes out towards Diptford. Cutting across towards California Cross and further on to Aveton Gifford. We turn down towards Waterhead to avoid the high tide that submerges the tidal road between AG and Bigbury and finally link up with the B3392 through St. Anns Chapel on the ultimate stretch towards Bigbury.

It was a beautiful but cold Spring morning with strong directional light just after sunrise. Frost lined the hedgerows, but the temperature slowly crept up as we drove.

During this video, make sure to look out for pheasants flying in front of the camera, lots of country lane wildlife, horse riders with hunting dogs, sheep being transported by quadbike, and the Bigbury Sea Tractor making the journey from Burgh Island at high tide! Can you spot all these sights? Let us know in the comments below...

Have you driven any of these roads, or been to this special part of South Devon? Maybe you can find some of these hidden routes on your next outing in the South Hams!
