Installing a new culvert along
Installing a new culvert along a state highway. I'm installing 40' of 24" galvanized culvert because that is what the state requires still along their highways. This is for an individual who is building a new home on this site and needs a driveway cut in. I go over some of the requirements of the state and the reason why they want it done that way.
