Keeping a trading diary or journal is normally a very good idea but sometimes you can end up sabotaging your trading success if you don't use it properly. Redoing. This is interesting - a trading journal or diary is generally a good thing but sometimes it can work against you. When writing a trading journal you should write about your performance, mindset and any attribute or variable that you feel can contribute positively or negatively to your trading. That way you can identify the things that are causing problems and push them away and be able to improve and focus on the stuff that is making you money.
