½ cup (+ 2TBL) starch, tapioca or corn starch ( for best texture, you can use 1/2 cup tapioca starch + 2 Tbsp corn starch)
½ cup water
2 1/2 cups water
1 tea bag or 2 tbl tea leaves
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
¾ cup ghee or oil or mixture of 2 ( I used ½ cup ghee + ¼ cup oil)
2 TBL rose water
2 tsp ground cardamom
1 tsp ground nutmeg
½ tsp saffron
1 TBL roasted sesame seeds (optional)
