These BAKED CHILES RELLENOS are ao easy to make and fast and delicious. A healthier verision Than the traditional Deep fried chiles rellenos. Hope you ❤️ Them as much as my family does.

HERE IT IS :😊😊😊The Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
3-5 Toasted & Roasted Anaheim peppers or Poblanos or (1 can of ORTEGA WHOLE Green Roasted Chiles)
1 cup sliced lengthwise COLBY cheese or Montery Jack cheese
4 beaten eggs
1/3 Cup milk
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 Tsp BAKING POWDER
1/2 tsp salt -up to 1 tsp
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cup shredded cheese Monterey Jack or havarti or mozzarella
Optional : red chili on top or green

DIRECTIONS :
First rinse and toast your whole green chiles either Anaheimn or Poblano. (Theres a link  how to roast chiles in a link above) CUT stems off and deseed and take veins out. If not toasting your chiles open the Ortega can up and get the chiles ready. Slice the chiles lengthwise and Insert your CHEESE of your choice.( cut cheese Into long pieces to fit inside chile. Place filled green pepper halves cut side up, in a well- greased dish. I used a 8x8 sqaure glass pan.
IN a medium mixing bowl combine EGGS, and MILK. Add FLOUR, BAKING POWDER, SALT and PEPPER. Beat with a Rotary beater till smooth. Pour mixture over green peppers . BAKE , uncovered in a 450 oven for 13-15 minutes. When Toothoick comes out clean its done. As soon as you take  it out of oven sprinkle with shredded cheese and let melt. SERVE  peppers over Red chili sauce or Green Chili Sauce. and enjoy TOP with sourcream if desired. Makes 6 servings 🥳I hope you enjoyed this video share it with family and friends.
