Epsom salt is a magnesium
Epsom salt is a magnesium sulfate, and this is the master of minerals!
Magnesium is an essential nutrient that supports more than 300 functions in the body.
This is why Epsom salt, which is actually not a salt, is a powerful healing product that your body needs.
Your skin absorbs the mineral very well.
High blood pressure: add 1 cup of Epsom salt to a bath of warm water, and soak in it for 15min, it will also help for muscle cramps and muscle spasms.
Magnesium helps with insomnia. After you soak in Epsom salt bath water or drink 1 - 2 Epsom salt tablets before bedtime, you will definitely have a restful night's rest.
If you have white bumps (Malia) on your face and especially around your eyes, pour a small amount of Epsom salt into your hand and mix it with your face wash. Apply it on your face for 5min.
This will help remove the white bumps (Malia).
Constipation: drink 1 - 4 teaspoon of Epsom salt in a glass of strong warm water. It works as a laxative or will Detox the body and cleanse the blood.
You can also use Epsom salt to pull infection out of a wound.
What you need to do is mix some Epsom salt with Vaseline or Zamback ointment; I have found that Zamback works best. Place it on a cotton wool pad, and place it on the wound. Swap after 6 hours with a new plaster.
It will completely clean the infection. I would just like to warn you, it will burn! But you will notice that it will clean the wound nicely.
