Philly Drivers Stuck in Snow (2/21/15)

Green Lane, with its steep slope and aggressive curves is one of the most dangerous streets in Philadelphia during snow and ice storms. This video shows captures the scene out front this afternoon, as drivers struggled to gain traction along the slippery roads.
