Basic Personal Finance Practices | Minimalism & Money

Before I share how my husband and I budget, I thought it would be good to first discuss the other practices, in addition to budgeting, that have helped us to get our financial life on track. There are tons of other things that we now do, so I may make other videos in the future to cover those topics. Let me know if there are particular topics you are interested in hearing more about! *One small note: I used the word "compounding" a lot when talking about the debt snowball method. While this method technically is compounding, it's primarily noted as being effective because it can be motivating to have fewer debts overall and it encourages good behavior.
