:: ingredient
Tonkatsu Sirloin 400g
Seasoning - salt, pepper (optional: curry powder)
frying powder
3 eggs
bread crumbs

:: Sauce (Homemade Baeksaengsaeng_Kyungyang Pork Cutlet Sauce)
Lou - (1 cup flour soju glass, 1 cup butter soju glass)
2 cups of water (400 g)
Worcestershire sauce - 1 cup soju
Ketchup - 1 cup of soju
Sugar - 1 cup of soju

:: procedure
1. Season the pork cutlet sirloin with salt and pepper.
2. Cover the meat with vinyl and use a hammer for cutlet to spread the meat back and forth to the desired thickness.
3. When the meat is finished, coat it in the order of frying powder - egg water - bread crumbs.
4. Put 1 cup of wheat flour and 1 cup of butter in a saucepan and stir-fry over medium-low heat until the color is dark brown.
5. Mix 2 cups (400g) of water, ketchup, sugar, and Worcestershire sauce 1 cup at a time with a soju glass.
