1 Receiving Blanket
1 Roll of Ribbon, 7/8-inch or wider
1 Small Coat hanger (Child Size)
1 Paper Towel Roll (or Alum. Foil Roll, or Rolled Card Paper)
2 Lollipop Sticks (or Pencils or Wooden Dowel may be used)
4 Paper Clips

Tape
Rubberbands
Scissors

Optional Accessories:
Foam Flowers.
Decorative Hair Clips
