Once upon a time, one of our favorite bakeries approached us with an indulgent idea for a sweet new product: Trader Joe’s Mini Chocolate Mousse Cakes. We took one bite (okay, several bites) of the first batch, and we were sold.
For the uninitiated, picture this: a layer of moist chocolate cake topped with a layer of velvety chocolate mousse, enrobed in a sweet confectionary coating, and cut into shapes that reflect the spirit of the season. Or instead of picturing it, just press play!
