In this video, we're going to talk about the keto flu.

If you're feeling sick on the ketogenic diet, and it doesn't seem to be getting better, this video is for you.

There are three factors that influence how you feel while you're on keto.

1. How much fat you're consuming - If you don't have a gallbladder or if you have low bile, you can feel bloating and right shoulder pain. This is because bile is vital for breaking down all of the fats on keto.
Try the Gallbladder Formula: https://bit.ly/2HnRjgP

2. Nutrients - Your body requires certain nutrients as you switch from burning sugar to burning fat. If you aren't getting these nutrients, you may feel sick and sluggish. You may need extra B vitamins and potassium while starting out on keto.
Try these supplements:

Mitochondria Energy (loaded with B vitamins): https://bit.ly/2SekOqQ

3. Keto adaptation - If you've been running on sugar your whole life, your body may take extra time to adapt to ketosis. Your body has to develop new enzymes that you're not used to. While some can switch over to ketosis without a problem, others need extra time to adapt to keto. There are two ways you can do this. You can go cold turkey, or you can do it gradually. This would be mean avoiding sugar, grains, refined foods but keeping in fruits, quinoa, yams, and sweet potatoes. Do this for a while and take away the fruit over time.
