this is a tutorial guide for admins in Redm , it features commands , the atomic menu , tx admin etc etc
hopefully it helps some of you all :)
some commands menus may be different depending on the server but , alot of the serves use atomic :)
originally made for the deadwood staff team but can be used for other staff teams to :)
