A perfect summer dessert. Here is my Pavlova recipe and all the tricks to prevent it from cracking.

📝 * INGREDIENTS *: for about 8 servings
140g of egg whites at room temperature (about 4 medium eggs)
280g of caster sugar
10g of lemon juice
8g of corn starch
300g of whipping/double cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (if you want to make it at home, here's the recipe • Come fare l'Estratto di Vaniglia 100%... )
fresh fruit to taste
🤓 IMPORTANT NOTE : Decorate your Pavlova with fresh cream and fruit at the last moment, when you're ready * to serve it. Once decorated it must be eaten immediately ☺️
