In the Teaching from our people about life and making a life there are many important aspects. One of those is work.

This is what makes it possible when you are making your life to be able to provide the necessities of life to your family. And also what makes it possible to help those around you.

If the person is not willing to do this they say Old Lady poverty will find them and in a roundabout way motivate them.

Old lady poverty was kept alive. She was allowed to live by the two boys when they were going about destroying all the monsters that tormented the surface beings. But old lady poverty told them she has a purpose... And would be helpful. She told them that if they would allow her to live then their people would live.

She would keep chasing them so they wouldn’t get lazy. Without her the people would become lazy and lose the will to work.
