Charted at #5 in December 1945. This was the only commercial record made by Betty. Her movie company did not approve of their actors and actresses making records. As a result, Betty is billed as Ruth Haag on the record label. Ruth was her middle name and Haag was Harry's mother's maiden name. The song was featured in the movie, "The Dolly Sisters" starring Betty Grable, John Payne and June Haver.

Also #1 for Bing Crosby and Carmen Cavallaro in November 1945, #7 for Andy Russell in December 1945, and #9 for Sammy Kaye in December 1945. Also recorded by Willie Nelson, among others. Written by Mack Gordon and James Monaco. The other side of this record is "Waitin' for the Train to Come In" (vocal by Kitty Kallen) which was also a top 10 hit.
